PROCEDURE FOR DECLARANTS TO BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE 

ICUMS-Ghana SYSTEM

 



 



 

  • Enter the following information:
  • a. Company TIN (then click on the Magnifying glass "" and to verify it)
  • b. Enter administrator’s email address
  • c. Enter administrator’s mobile number (note that a default login password will be sent to this number)
  • d. Solve the mathematical equation
  • e. Click on the “Apply” button to submit for verification

 

  • The submitted application with go through an auto validation of the TIN with the Customs House Agents (CHAs) or Self Declarants (SD) record in the ICUMS Stakeholder Management system

 

  • A success in validation will give you the notification as:

  • If step (6) has been done already with a successful outcome and another attempt is being made, it will throw an error message as:

  • If step (6) fails validation, it will throw an error message as:

 

  • After a successful validation, you are to login with your company’s TIN as username and default password sent as text to the admin contact

    A successful login will open the page for you to reset your password



 

  • Select “Submit Staff” under the “TASK MENU”
  •  

  • Click on “Upload Staff” button and download the spreadsheet that provides you with the table of required data on staff

     


 

  • Enter the records of staff, save it, click on the “Choose Excel”, locate the file to import and upload it by clicking on the “UPLOAD” button

 

  • A successful upload will and approval send details of login credentials to all staff through their mobile numbers provided.

 

  • The administrator gets to assign user roles to staff, and also able to manage staff
